If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it as long as your item meets the following criteria:

·    Within Abuja: It is within 48hours (2) days from delivery date.

·    Outside Abuja: It is within 168hours (5) days from delivery date.

·    The item(s) is in NEW condition. Clothing items must be unworn.

·    The item(s) is in its ORIGINAL packaging, with all accessories intact (including manuals, warranty cards, certificates of authenticity, tags, etc.). Clothing items must have their original tags

·    If item comes with a free promotional gift, such item must also be returned.

1.      Your order number,

2.      The item(s) you would like to return,

3.      Your preference in regards to exchange or replacement, voucher refund or bank refund.

4.      In case of refund, please indicate your full bank details. 

Upon arrival in our warehouse, we will conduct a quality check on the item. If return is invalid, we will notify and send the item(s) back to you. Otherwise, we will refund you within 48hours.

Note:  Should you detect any defect with the product and the time frame for return elapses, we will not accept returns for defective items after days of delivery.

Free shipping applies to orders above N10,000 within Abuja and N50,000 outside Abuja.

NOTE:  Orders within Abuja will be delivered within 1-2 working days, while outside Abuja may take 3-5 working days.
